Aether works with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of medicines to customers. Aether does not operate its own delivery fleet. Delivery availability is based on your location and the availability of our partner services.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the pharmacy’s processing speed and delivery partner availability. Most orders are delivered the same day, but delays may occur during peak periods.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown before payment. Charges are based on partner rates and distance.

4. Delivery Failures

If delivery partners are unavailable or unable to deliver to your location, the order may be cancelled and eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
