Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Aether (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Aether, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Aether enables users to upload prescriptions, view medical reports, and place orders for medicines. Orders are fulfilled by independent third-party pharmacies and delivery partners. Aether acts only as a facilitator.
2. Prescription Requirement
Medicines that legally require a prescription will only be processed when a valid and clearly readable prescription is uploaded. Orders may be rejected or cancelled by the partner pharmacy if the prescription is invalid, unclear, or missing. Aether does not validate or interpret prescriptions.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to pharmacy availability. Prices, availability, and delivery options are provided directly by the pharmacy. Orders may be cancelled by us or by the pharmacy in case of:
- non-availability of items
- suspicion of incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information
- invalid prescriptions
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted directly by the pharmacy.
- Payments made through Aether are processed via verified payment partners.
- You must ensure payment information is valid and belongs to you.
- Aether is not responsible for payment failures due to bank/card/UPI issues.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment
Delivery and order fulfillment are handled entirely by independent pharmacies and delivery partners. Aether is not liable for:
- delays caused by the pharmacy or delivery partner
- packaging, pricing, or availability decisions made by the pharmacy
- quality, quantity, or suitability of medicines provided by the pharmacy
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information including name, contact details, address, and prescription. You are responsible for ensuring that any medicines or services ordered meet your health requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aether is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:
- pharmacy delays or errors
- delivery partner issues
- payment failures
- medical outcomes
Aether does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions must be taken based on a licensed doctor’s guidance.
8. Changes to Services
We may update, modify, or remove platform features at any time to improve service quality. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Aether shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
